In 2021 we were engaged to introduce a strategic capital investor to what is amongst the best investment opportunities we’ve ever identified. We successfully completed that introduction in Q1 22.
We are very excited about this direct private equity investment, which we became aware of through our inner circle. We consider ourselves privileged to be working with two remarkable entrepreneurs, who we assisted with the introduction of a private equity strategic capital partner in a buy, build and sell project with a conservative base case IRR of over 50% pa over 5 years. Despite the breathtaking prospective return, risk is considered to be substantially tempered given the principals’ track record and strong network, as well as mandated industry tailwinds.
